Integral bearing isolator
The BRS Labyrinth Air Shaft Seal is an engineered pneumatic sealing system designed to seal the shafts of machines where typical contact seals such as packing and/or mechanical face seals prove to be ineffective.
It uses a small amount of air or gas to create a positive pressure along the shaft, preventing power particles leaking and keeping the pollutants out.

Soft-face Air Assistant Seal
Soft-face Air Assistant Seal chooses filled PTFE or PEEK as the rotor, FKM or EPDM rubber as the driving ring, and the stator are made of stainless steel. The rotor and stator are maintain in contact during operation, remaining the materials handled in and keep pollutants out. This special system uses compressed air to assistant sealing power material and cooling the contact sealing face, offer excellent performance.
